Women lawyers have a strong and impressive presence at Goranson Bain Ausley, beginning with co-founding partner Angie Bain<\/a>, who helped establish the firm in 1987. Today, GBA is the largest family law firm in Texas exclusively practicing family law. Female lawyers account for more than 50% of the 48 lawyers at our firm, and women account for more than 50% of partners at the firm. In addition, one of the firm\u2019s partners, Cindy Tisdale<\/a>, is the Immediate Past President of the State Bar of Texas, and two of GBA\u2019s women lawyers, Diana Friedman<\/a> and Kathryn Murphy<\/a>, are recipients of the Sam Emison Award, one of the most coveted awards in family law. These professional women are accomplished family law and divorce lawyers and true agents of change in the legal world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Female lawyer mentorship at every level is part of GBA\u2019s culture, providing new associates with the professional peer support they need to grow their legal careers and best serve their clients.
