A successful outcome starts with understanding how to win a divorce appeal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Are the Chances of Winning a Divorce Appeal in Texas?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The reversal rate or \u201cwinning\u201d an appeal in a family law case has been reported between 20% and 50% depending on the source and type of family law case.
