Many of my clients are conscientious parents who put their children first and want to minimize the impact of divorce and the litigation process on their family. My goal is to guide people through a difficult time, provide assurance of better days ahead, and solve problems without escalating conflict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My objectives are to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Achieve client goals in or out of court<\/strong> through experience and preparation, using my analytical skills, and being detail-oriented in negotiations and litigation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Protect clients\u2019 interests and manage costs<\/strong> by helping them make emotionally and financially responsible choices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Make divorce a less toxic dynamic<\/strong> and work toward a constructive and efficient resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Create a rational cost\/benefit analysis<\/strong> of proposed actions to give clients peace of mind that they are on the right track.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Professional Credentials<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hayley Blair is experienced in all facets of family law, offering expertise in <a href=\"https:\/\/gbfamilylaw.com\/services\/child-custody\/\">complex child custody<\/a> and financial matters, as well as managing cases involving mental health and addiction issues and special-needs children. A strong advocate of mediation, she believes that it aids clients in reaching an agreement and allows them to remain in control of the process. Hayley is trained in Collaborative Law and uses alternative dispute resolution to settle difficult cases and make divorce less emotionally damaging. She prioritizes reaching a negotiated agreement; however, she is a fierce advocate for clients when court is the only option.
